We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, databases, and cold outreach.
- Generate qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Monitor and bid on projects from online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and LinkedIn .
- Ensure timely follow-ups and communications with potential clients post-bid.
- Maintain and update bidding profiles and portfolios on various portals.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills :
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or online bidding (preferred).
- strong understanding of sales processes and online bidding platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of success.
- Should experience of working in IT Industry and knowledge of tech stack.
