About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to build intuitive, high-performance web applications used by enterprise customers every day. You will develop loan pipeline dashboards, document review tools, and AI-powered workflows that are deployed through our Loan Origination System (LOS) platform partners.
You will own frontend features from design handoff through production deployment, collaborating closely with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and reusable UI components.
- Integrate REST APIs and real-time communication using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events (SSE).
- Develop AI-powered interfaces with support for streaming responses and agent-based workflows.
- Manage frontend architecture, including state management, data fetching, caching, and application performance.
- Implement reusable design systems and component libraries.
- Build and maintain white-label capabilities, including theming, branding, configuration, and multi-tenant UI customization.
- Collaborate with Backend and AI engineers to define efficient API contracts and integration patterns.
- Ensure application quality through unit testing, component testing, end-to-end testing, and performance optimization.
- Continuously improve user experience based on feedback from enterprise customers and platform partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with modern state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web development.
- Experience with modern styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, CSS-in-JS, or component-based design systems.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and implementing authentication flows in Single Page Applications (SPAs).
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering polished, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building multi-tenant or white-label SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with AI-powered interfaces, conversational UI, or streaming APIs.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Understanding of design systems and reusable component architecture.
