) Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for cost optimization.
2) Financial Reporting
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities as required.
3) General Accounting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
4) Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
5) Cash Flow Management
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization’s liquidity needs are met.
- Implement effective cash management strategies.
6) Financial Risk Management
- Identify and assess financial risks, proposing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage currency exchange risks, interest rate risks, and other financial exposures.
7) Tax Planning and Compliance
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization’s tax position.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.
8) Financial Systems and Controls
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and internal controls.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
9) Team Management
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
10) Financial Communication
- Communicate financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Provide financial education and support to other departments.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a finance and accounting role. Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
