We are seeking a talented and versatile *UI/UX Designer & Web Developer* to join our team in Kerala. This is a hybrid role for a creative professional who can manage the entire lifecycle of our digital products—from wireframing and designing high-fidelity mobile and web interfaces to writing clean, responsive, production-ready frontend code.

Key Responsibilities
* *UI/UX Design:* Design intuitive user experiences, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web platforms and mobile applications (iOS & Android) using Figma.
* *Frontend Development:* Directly translate approved designs into clean, semantic, and highly responsive web pages using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* *Prototyping & Testing:* Build interactive design prototypes to demonstrate user flows and iteratively refine them based on feedback.
* *Cross-Device Optimization:* Ensure all web assets are pixel-perfect, highly performant, and fully optimized across various mobile screens and desktop browsers.
* *Style Standards:* Establish and maintain visual design guidelines, typography, and UI component libraries for future scaling.
Required Tools & Technical Skills
* *Design Ecosystem:* Expert proficiency in *Figma* (including auto-layouts, components, and design systems) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
* *Core Frontend:* Mandatory proficiency in *HTML5, CSS3* (Flexbox/Grid), and modern *JavaScript (ES6+)*.
* *Mobile Frameworks:* Solid understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design frameworks for mobile app layouts.
* *Plus Skills:* Experience with utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
Experience & Qualifications
* *Professional Experience: A Junior to Mid level of proven experience working as a UI/UX Designer, Web Developer, or in a similar hybrid role.
* *Live Portfolio:* A portfolio containing active web links to deployed projects, GitHub repositories, or live interactive design demos.
* *Soft Skills:* Strong communication skills to justify design frameworks and the ability to work independently without constant micro-management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
