Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Impact & Operations Intern to support our student impact initiatives, content creation, and operational activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in education, operations, and content development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain student impact records, communication logs, and operational data.
- Perform data entry and support impact analysis using MS Excel.
- Create and proofread presentations, reports, and documents using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and MS Word.
- Develop engaging content, including student success stories, articles, and educational content.
- Design basic creatives and multimedia content using Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Assist in planning and coordinating student engagement activities, webinars, and workshops.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BMS, or any relevant field).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and Claude is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship for 6 months.
- Candidates should be based in Mumbai.
