Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for business development? We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and build lasting client relationships in the Warehousing, Logistics & 3PL Solutions industry.
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline.
- Meet with potential clients and close B2B deals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or 3PL.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
