This role offers hands-on experience in IoT devices, technical troubleshooting, and customer support, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a strong foundation in technical support and electronics systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for IoT devices, including installation and configuration

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to GPS and IoT devices

Handle inbound customer queries and ensure timely resolution

Perform device testing, diagnostics, and quality checks

Assist with SIM activation and connectivity-related tasks

Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and daily activities

Coordinate with R&D and service teams for complex technical issues

Guide customers on product usage and platform features
Required Skills
Strong understanding of basic electronics and communication concepts
