Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, caring, and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of preschool teaching experience and possess excellent communication, classroom management, and child development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Organize classroom materials, displays, and learning resources.
- Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and staff development programs.
- Maintain discipline using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Support school policies, procedures, and educational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, NTT, Montessori, D.Ed., or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching preschool or kindergarten students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and nurturing personality.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining student records and communication.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of child psychology and early childhood development.
- Experience in activity-based and play-based learning methods.
- Ability to organize events, storytelling sessions, and creative activities.
- First Aid and Child Safety certification will be an added advantage.
