About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and brand promotion strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Planning: Lead end-to-end planning and development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This includes setting objectives, defining target audiences, budgeting, and selecting appropriate channels and tactics.
- Brand Promotion & Execution: Execute brand promotion activities to strengthen brand positioning, increase visibility, and build customer loyalty. Manage promotional calendars, events, partnerships, and campaigns.
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and plans aligned with business Goals
- Collaborate with creative teams for the development of compelling marketing assets (visuals, videos, copy, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Oversee brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Support product launches and sales team with targeted marketing activities.
- Budget management and ROI analysis for all marketing initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
