Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive with 2.5+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), B2B & B2C collections, SAP, and Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should have strong collection, reconciliation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and O2C activities.
- Handle B2B and B2C collections and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Process receipts, apply cash, and maintain accurate AR records in SAP.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Prepare AR ageing reports, collection reports, and MIS.
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Required Skills
- 2.5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Hands-on experience in O2C, B2B Collections, and B2C Collections.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
