Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers in the US, qualify them based on campaign requirements, collect accurate information, and ensure all leads meet quality standards before submission.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US.
- Qualify prospects according to campaign guidelines.
- Accurately collect and verify customer information.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.
- Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Work closely with the quality assurance and operations teams to maximize lead approval rates.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, customer support, or US process is preferred.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (US hours).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based campaigns.
- Knowledge of outbound calling processes.
- Experience handling warm or cold leads.
