Position- Sales & Marketing Manager
Reporting To- Business Head / Director – Sales & Marketing
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects. The role involves managing sales teams, channel partners, customer relationships, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure maximum conversions and revenue generation.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and customer meetings.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with CRM and Accounts teams for booking, payment collection, and documentation.
Channel Partner Management
- Appoint, develop, and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners.
- Conduct channel partner engagement programs and promotional activities.
- Monitor channel partner performance and sales contribution.
Marketing Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Manage project branding, promotions, events, exhibitions, and launch activities.
- Oversee social media marketing, website management, and lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Develop strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance sales.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for upcoming projects.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, inventory status, lead conversion, and marketing ROI.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations, including Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) requirements.
- Support management with forecasting and business planning.
Qualifications
- MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
- Real Estate Sales & Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
- Proven track record in residential, commercial, or hospitality project sales.
- Experience in managing teams and channel partners.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
