About the Role
Plus UAE Group and Vortexen Dynamics Industrial Solutions are expanding their recruitment division and are looking for experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Specialists to recruit professionals and skilled workforce for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC countries.
This is a fully remote opportunity for recruiters who are passionate about sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and placing quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, referrals, and professional networks.
- Headhunt experienced professionals and skilled workforce.
- Screen and shortlist CVs.
- Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
- Collect and verify candidate documents.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain an active candidate database.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets.
