We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of client projects and ensure that our internal teams deliver everything on time, as planned, and to the expected quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from start to completion.
- Act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Create project timelines, task lists, deadlines and execution plans.
- Coordinate with Social Media Managers, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Cinematographers, Performance Marketing and other teams.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within the committed timelines.
- Follow up with team members regularly and identify delays before they become client issues.
- Maintain project trackers and ensure every task has a clear owner and deadline.
- Review project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate content calendars, shoots, campaigns, ad creatives and other client deliverables.
- Conduct internal follow-ups and project meetings wherever required.
- Ensure client feedback is properly communicated to the relevant team.
- Track revisions and ensure they are closed within the agreed timeline.
- Identify bottlenecks and find quick solutions to keep projects moving.
- Maintain proper documentation, briefs, approvals and project records.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and handover between sales and operations.
- Monitor team productivity and escalate repeated delays or performance issues.
- Ensure the final output meets TBM's quality standards before delivery.
Pay: ₹19,691.04 - ₹35,000.00 per month
