Designation:Accounts & Administration Executive
The role involves managing day-to-day administrative functions while maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with budgeting, invoicing, and other financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable and Manage petty cash
- Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring timely billing and payment collection.
- Track and report on expenses and budget compliance.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
- Answer phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and direct queries
- Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Coordinate office events, team-building activities, and other company-wide initiatives.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Accounts & administration: 1 year (Preferred)
