Luxury floral Boutique looking to hire enthusiastic and passionate individuals with 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality or floral industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Support in store operations and visual merchandising.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups and order coordination.
- Ensure smooth delivery of exceptional client experiences.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric attitude and positive energy
- Basic understanding of floral products is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
WORKING DAYS
6 Days a Week (Rotational Off)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Immediate joiners required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
