Hiring: C & Python Trainers (0–2 Years Experience)
Location: Coimbatore
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + LTA
Duration: 3–5 Months (Contract-Based)
Joining Date: Starting from 1st July 2026
About the Role
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic C and Python Trainers to join our team in Coimbatore. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping students build strong programming fundamentals.
As a trainer, you will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions, explaining programming concepts, guiding students through practical exercises, and supporting students throughout their learning journey.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on C Programming and Python.
- Explain programming fundamentals, problem-solving techniques, and coding best practices.
- Conduct hands-on coding exercises and lab sessions.
- Assist students in resolving programming-related queries.
- Create and review assignments, assessments, and practice problems.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve learning materials and training methodologies.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in teaching, training, or software development.
- Strong understanding of C Programming and Python.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience with coding platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, or CodeChef.
- Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus.
