Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Reports To : Director / CEO / Head of Operations
Employment Type : Full-Time, In office 10.30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Role Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for end-to-end human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling. The role ensures policy compliance, data accuracy, employee satisfaction, and smooth HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Oversee the complete hiring lifecycle and identify & correct errors in the hiring process
- Review and approve offer letters, salary structures, and appointment letters
- Ensure collection, verification, and storage of joining documents
- Generate employee codes and coordinate workspace setup (email, system access, assets)
- Onboard employees in Keka HRMS and ensure 100% profile completeness
- Explain all HR policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct) to new joiners
2. HR Systems & Documentation
- Maintain employee-wise Google Drive folders with structured documentation
- Upload and verify personal and professional documents in Keka
- Ensure signed joining forms, asset declarations, and acknowledgements are collected and stored
- Conduct document verification and maintain audit-ready employee records
3. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance
- Gather accurate attendance data and ensure error-free salary calculations
- Conduct weekly/biweekly attendance reviews
- Coordinate with Finance for timely payroll processing
- Initiate payroll and make accurate system entries
- Manage statutory compliance including:
- PF, ESI, PT, IT mapping
- UAN activation and employee records
- Ensure zero payroll discrepancies and statutory penalties
4. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Handle attendance-related and general employee grievances
- Ensure grievances are resolved within defined timelines
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive work culture
5. Employee Engagement & Performance
- Organize employee engagement activities
- Conduct feedback sessions and support goal setting and role clarity
- Support quarterly and annual performance management processes
- Promote employee well-being and engagement initiatives
6. Exit Management & Policy Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR SOPs and company policies
- Manage exit formalities including:
- Resignation acceptance
- Exit interviews
- Collection of exit documents
- Full & Final settlement (F&F) coordination
- Ensure exits are smooth, compliant, and professionally handled
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (Keka preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and employee-handling skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
- Process-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, IT, Admin)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience (may vary based on company size)
- Experience handling payroll, compliance, and HR operations independently

Pay: ₹17,405.23 - ₹59,660.86 per month
