Job Description – Insurance Desk Executive
Purpose: To manage and coordinate all insurance-related matters of the company, including existing policies, renewals, claims, and identification of new insurance requirements based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of all company insurance policies and coverage details.
- Ensure timely renewal of existing insurance policies.
- Coordinate with insurance companies/brokers for quotations, issuance, and documentation.
- Identify and arrange insurance coverage for new business requirements, assets, or projects.
- Review existing policies and suggest improvements in coverage or cost optimization.
- Handle insurance claims, including documentation and follow-up with insurers.
- Liaise with internal departments to assess insurance needs and ensure adequate coverage.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in handling corporate insurance policies preferred.
