Role Overview
We’re hiring a proactive professional to support our placement efforts by building corporate relationships, generating hiring opportunities, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring an exceptional experience for hiring partners.
Responsibilities
- Research and generate leads for potential hiring companies.
- Reach out via LinkedIn, emails, and calls to pitch placement opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between recruiters and the placement team.
- Maintain a live tracker of companies, contacts, and job openings.
- Collect JDs across Pan India.
- Coordinate interviews end-to-end. Maintain records on internal tools.
- Build corporate partnerships.
- Drive closures for open mandates and maintain a hiring pipeline.
- Develop trusted relationships with HR and TA leaders.
- Ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and repeat engagements.

- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and cold outreach
