We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Developer Intern / Fresher to join our growing technology team. You will work alongside experienced developers on real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience with one of the world's leading CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows.
- Support the development of Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages / Lightning Web Components (LWC) under guidance.
- Help configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products as per business requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, technical discussions, and sprint planning meetings.
- Assist in data migration, integration tasks, and testing of Salesforce implementations.
- Write unit test classes to ensure adequate code coverage as per Salesforce standards.
- Document technical solutions and maintain updated project records.
- Identify bugs and work with senior developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (completed or pursuing final year).
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals — objects, fields, relationships, profiles, and permission sets.
- Foundational knowledge of Apex programming language and SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools — Process Builder, Flow Builder, Workflow Rules.
- Basic understanding of Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Knowledge of OOP concepts and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
