ABOUT US
Diwa Realty LLP is a second-generation real estate firm with a team of 9–10 people. We underwrite projects and take the sales and marketing rights for entire developments, and we also buy and sell our own inventory. We are now opening our Mohali office, and this is the first senior hire for it.
THE ROLE
You will own the sales number for our Mohali inventory and the projects we underwrite in the Tricity. This is a hands-on closing role, not a supervisory one — you will be on site with clients, and you will be building the desk from the ground up.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the monthly and quarterly sales target for Mohali
- Conduct site visits and close residential plots, SCOs and commercial inventory
- Build and manage the channel partner and broker network across Mohali, Kharar, Zirakpur and New Chandigarh
- Convert leads from Meta campaigns and property portals — work the pipeline daily with the back-office team
- Negotiate pricing and payment plans within approved limits, and close
- Take bookings through documentation, payment schedules and registry coordination
- Report daily: calls made, site visits fixed, site visits done, bookings closed
- Track competing projects, launches and price movement in the Mohali micro-market
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 6–7 years selling residential or commercial real estate, with the majority of it in Mohali and the Tricity
- A verifiable closing record — we will ask for numbers and for projects by name
- Existing relationships with channel partners and brokers in the Tricity
- Experience with plotted developments and SCOs is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of RERA norms, booking documentation and CRM discipline
- Fluent Punjabi and Hindi; working English for documentation and reporting
- Own four-wheeler (car) and a valid driving licence — mandatory
- Resident of Mohali, Kharar, Zirakpur or Chandigarh preferred
