Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Manager located in Bengaluru South. As a Hardware Manager, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of hardware systems. Daily responsibilities include managing hardware engineering projects, supervising testing procedures, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and handling supply chain processes related to hardware components. You will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative NavlC-based products
Responsibilities:
· Circuit design & PCB design
· Component selection & BOM management
· Guide and manage the hardware team
- Work closely on embedded firmware
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or related field
- 7-10 years of hardware engineering experience
- Strong circuit & PCB design skills
- Embedded systems knowledge
- Team leadership experience
