Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development professional who can identify opportunities, build relationships, close deals, and scale partnerships across EV workshops, fleets, enterprises, and institutional clients.
This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue, distribution, and market expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
- Generate and close B2B & enterprise sales for EV DOCTOR™
- Drive bulk orders, pilots, and long-term contracts
- Convert inbound leads and proactively source outbound opportunities
Partnerships & Distribution
- Build relationships with:
- EV workshops & service networks
- Fleet operators
- OEMs & battery companies
- Financiers, insurers, and aggregators
- Identify channel partners and onboarding opportunities
Market Expansion
- Research new verticals, geographies, and use-cases
- Support go-to-market strategies for new products & variants
- Represent Battery Ok at industry events, demos, and meetings
Customer Engagement
- Conduct product demos (online/offline)
- Understand customer pain points and map solutions
- Act as a bridge between customers, product, and leadership
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfort with B2B sales and field conversations
- Self-driven, execution-focused mindset
- Ability to handle ambiguity and move fast
Good to Have
- Experience in EV, energy, mobility, SaaS, or hardware startups
- Prior work with workshops, fleets, OEMs, or enterprise clients
- Understanding of technical products (or willingness to learn fast)
