Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Consultant who can convert enquiries into qualified counselling appointments and admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their study abroad goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Handle inbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
- Contact new leads within defined turnaround times.
- Qualify students based on education, budget, destination, and eligibility.
- Schedule counselling appointments with education counsellors.
Sales & Conversion
- Explain study abroad programs and available destinations.
- Build trust with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain continuous follow-up until enrolment.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
CRM Management
- Update customer information accurately.
- Maintain daily call logs and follow-up schedules.
- Track lead status throughout the sales pipeline.
- Generate daily and weekly sales reports.
Customer Experience
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Respond promptly to enquiries.
- Resolve basic customer concerns before escalation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years in telesales, education sales, counselling, or inside sales
- Freshers with exceptional communication may also apply
