Hopebridge manages anaesthesia, operating theatre, ICU and critical care departments end-to-end for partner hospitals across South India. We are the specialist team behind every hospital we work with. As we grow, we are looking for a highly organised, numbers-comfortable operator to sit at the centre of our operations and support our CEO directly.
About the role
You will be the operational nerve centre of the business — coordinating a panel of anaesthetists and intensivists across multiple partner hospitals, running finance and payroll administration, and supporting the CEO day to day. It suits someone who thrives on ownership, moves fast under pressure, and is equally comfortable with a roster, a spreadsheet and a hospital administrator on the phone.
What you'll do
Rostering & coverage
- Maintain the master roster of anaesthetists and intensivists across all partner hospitals
- Match consultant availability to each hospital's weekly OT list
- Resolve last-minute gaps quickly by sourcing replacement cover
- Track leave, on-call rotations, and hours worked
Hospital & doctor coordination
- Act as the single point of contact for hospital OT managers and administrators
- Manage consultant onboarding, credentials, medical council registration and renewals
Finance & payroll
- Process monthly salaries and per-case consultant payouts
- Coordinate with the CA on GST, advance tax and statutory filings
- Raise hospital invoices and follow up on receivables
Revenue & reporting
- Track revenue by hospital, department and doctor
- Support turnover forecasting against confirmed volumes and the contract pipeline
CEO support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, travel and meetings
- Prepare materials for business development conversations with prospective hospitals
- Filter what needs the CEO's attention versus what can be resolved independently
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
