Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Chef de Partie (CDP) and senior chefs in daily food preparation and cooking activities.
- Carry out mise en place and basic cooking tasks as per production requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation of ingredients and maintain smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and managing kitchen inventory.
- Support the kitchen team in ensuring efficient and high-quality food service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in institutional catering, cafeterias, hotels, restaurants, or large-scale kitchens.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak service hours.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
