Role Overview
HKI Media is a 360-degree creative and media solutions company operating across marketing, production, events, skilling, and media-tech (Gig Media).
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development professional who can actively generate, pitch, and close business opportunities with corporates, brands, PSUs, and government departments for media and marketing services.
This role demands a strong closer—not just a lead generator.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new clients across:
- Corporates & Brands
- PSUs & Government Departments
- Track and pursue:
- Advertisement tenders
- Marketing & media RFPs
- Empanelment opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
2. Sales Ownership & Revenue Generation
- Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation to closure
- Achieve defined revenue targets (monthly/quarterly)
- Convert opportunities into high-value media mandates
3. Proposal & Presentation Excellence (Non-Negotiable)
- Create high-impact presentations and pitch decks
- Develop proposals for:
- Marketing campaigns
- PR & branding solutions
- Digital & social media strategies
- Represent HKI Media in client meetings with clarity and confidence
4. Government & PSU Business Handling
- Understand tendering processes and documentation
- Coordinate for proposal submissions and compliance
- Build relationships within departments and institutions
5. Internal Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Creative & design teams
- Content & digital teams
- Studio & production teams
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to execution
6. Strategic Growth Contribution
- Identify new revenue streams aligned with:
- HKI Media’s integrated services model
- Gig Media platform ecosystem
- Support long-term partnerships and account growth
Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
- 4–6 years of experience in media/advertising/marketing sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation-making ability (PPT expertise is mandatory)
- Proven ability to acquire and close clients
- Presentable and confident personality
Preferred:
- Experience with government/PSU clients
- Understanding of tenders and RFP processes
- Existing network in brands or agencies

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
