We're hiring an AI Product Video Creator to produce high-converting video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). You'll turn our product photos and descriptions into thumb-stopping ad creatives using AI video tools — built specifically to perform in the Meta ad feed, Reels, and Stories. This is a fast-paced role for someone who understands both creative and what drives conversions on paid social.
What You'll Do
- Create AI-generated product videos optimized for Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Produce multiple ad variations for testing (hooks, angles, formats)
- Design content for Feed, Reels, and Stories in the right aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
- Write strong hooks and on-screen text that stop the scroll
- Iterate quickly based on ad performance and feedback
- Stay current on Meta ad trends, UGC styles, and AI video tooling
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating video ads that perform on Meta
- Hands-on skills with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, Arcads, or similar)
- Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent)
- Understanding of direct-response and UGC-style ad creative
- Ability to produce high volume and move fast
- A portfolio of video ads or short-form content
Nice to Have
- Experience with ecommerce / DTC brands
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and creative testing
- Copywriting skills for hooks and captions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
