We are seeking a result-oriented Product Marketing Manager to drive NetCom Learning's strategic growth across key product portfolios, including Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, and Google Cloud learning solutions.
This role owns end-to-end product-aligned demand generation and GTM initiatives, translating product value propositions into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Success in this role means driving high-performing campaigns, leading cross-functional execution, delivering data-backed insights to leadership, and mentoring a growing Product Marketing team.

Design and lead digital and offline demand-generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline growth.

Own and execute product-aligned GTM strategies and internal execution roadmaps.

Develop ICP-based targeting, messaging, and campaign positioning strategies.

Optimize campaign performance using analytics such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics.

Introduce innovative demand channels, including webinars, product launch campaigns, co-marketing programs, and virtual/in-person events.

Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Alliances teams.

Act as the internal owner for product marketing initiatives, escalations, and performance reviews.

Mentor and guide Product Marketing Executives to ensure high-quality execution.

Align demand programs with sales targets to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.

Support sales enablement with industry insights, product positioning, and solution messaging.

Track and analyze product trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and market opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B demand generation, GTM strategy, or product marketing roles.
