Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Centre Manager to join RFL Academy. The primary responsibility of the Centre Manager is to drive student growth and promote robotics education.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for the company by promoting and selling RFL courses.
- Pitch STEM and Robotics programs to parents and prospective students.
- Work directly with students and parents to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable STEM programs.
- Guide parents in achieving their children's technical learning and development goals.
- Provide one-on-one course guidance and skill assessments to support students' career development.
- Develop, monitor, and assist with counselling programs for students and parents.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Good social perceptiveness and understanding of body language
- Excellent mediation and counselling abilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
