We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, and providing an outstanding customer experience while coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Handle client queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and payments.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM regularly.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant company services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer success, account management, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar productivity tools is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in financial services, insurance, legal services, consulting, or professional services.
- Experience handling corporate or high-value clients.
