About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring activities efficiently.
This role requires someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and building strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
● Talent Sourcing
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
● Candidate Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate profiles, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
● Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through effective communication and follow-ups.
● Offer Rollout & Onboarding Support
- Assist in offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely documentation and smooth joining formalities for selected candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Excel/Google Sheets, and recruitment tools is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be currently based in Jammu.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in HR/recruitment may also apply.

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
