At CliniLaunch Research Institute, we're looking for a results-driven Senior Team Lead – Business Development to lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing sales team.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing and leading teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is preferred
- Fluency in any one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development professionals
- Drive revenue growth by achieving individual and team sales targets
- Monitor team performance, sales conversions, and productivity metrics
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews
- Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate business growth
- Foster a high-performance and goal-oriented sales culture
