Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Scout to identify, survey, and evaluate potential locations, partners, or opportunities as per business requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive field travel, collecting accurate data, and submitting timely reports to support business expansion and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations for field surveys and data collection.
- Identify and evaluate potential sites, vendors, or business opportunities.
- Collect photographs, GPS coordinates, and relevant site information.
- Verify information through field visits and local interactions.
- Prepare and submit daily field reports with accurate findings.
- Coordinate with the Head Office team regarding survey updates and observations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned field assignments.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with property owners, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, market survey, business development, or a similar role. Freshers with a willingness to travel may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications for reporting.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
