The Role:
We are seeking a highly capable Enterprise Solutions Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions across core enterprise platforms, including ERP, HCM, and ITSM. This role will be responsible for driving solution design, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring scalable, efficient, and compliant system implementations aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge with technical awareness, excels in stakeholder engagement, and brings a solution-oriented mindset to complex enterprise challenges.
1. Solution Design & Delivery
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable enterprise solutions across ERP, HCM, and ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and implement system enhancements
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards
- Drive end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support
2. Enterprise Applications Ownership
- Act as a functional expert for enterprise systems (e.g., Finance, HR, Service Management)
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization
- Maintain system documentation, including business processes, configurations, and data flows
- Support release management, regression testing, and change validation
3. ITSM & ITIL Alignment
- Work within ITSM frameworks to support incident, problem, change, and release management processes
- Ensure all changes follow ITIL best practices and governance standards
- Partner with service delivery teams to improve system stability and user experience
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations) and IT teams
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution walkthroughs
- Manage expectations, prioritize initiatives, and provide regular status updates
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
5. Data & Integration
- Support data mapping, migration, and validation activities across systems
- Work with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between enterprise platforms
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in ERP, HCM, and ITSM
- Recommend and drive adoption of new capabilities that enhance business value

Strong understanding of HCM platforms (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Payroll integrations) and HR processes.
- Hands-on exposure to ITSM tools and processes (e.g., service request, incident, change management)
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional, global environments

Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday, or ServiceNow
- Familiarity with integration methods (APIs, file-based integrations, middleware)
- Exposure to data migration tools and techniques
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
