Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic PPC Lead to manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will lead a team of PPC specialists, develop high-performing campaign strategies, optimize advertising spend, and ensure exceptional ROI for clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with client goals.

Plan campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.

Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to maximize campaign performance.

Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and overall performance.

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign quality.

Perform A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements.

Lead, mentor, and support the PPC team.

Allocate tasks, review campaign performance, and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with Creative, Content, SEO, and Web teams for integrated campaigns.

Understand client objectives and recommend effective advertising strategies.

Present campaign performance reports and optimization plans.

Build strong client relationships and address campaign-related queries.

Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and advertising platforms.

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Track KPIs and recommend improvements based on campaign performance.

Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and AI-driven advertising tools.

Identify process improvements and maintain best practices.
Take ownership of campaign quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 5–8+ years in PPC/Performance Marketing with agency experience preferred.
