Responsibilities:

* Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
* Manage reservations and booking requests.
* Maintain guest records and reception area cleanliness.
* Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

* Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
* Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
