We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Shop Supervisor to oversee the operations of a Monginis outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in retail or food service, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:1. Store Operations & Management:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the Monginis shop.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store.
- Ensure all Monginis products are displayed attractively.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
2. Sales & Customer Service:
- Greet customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Drive sales by promoting Monginis products and offers.
- Maintain relationships with regular customers to improve customer loyalty.
3. Staff Supervision:
- Guide and train store staff on customer service and product knowledge.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
4. Financial & Reporting Duties:
- Monitor daily sales and cash handling procedures.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to improve performance.
- Ensure proper billing and payment collection.
5. Compliance & Quality Control:
- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain store standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on Monginis products.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail, food service, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management.
