Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager who can build, lead, and scale our business development function from the ground up.
This is not just a sales role. We are looking for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who can create business opportunities, build a high-performing business development team, develop effective sales strategies, and consistently drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing services, understand market trends, and be capable of converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships.
* Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Team Building & Leadership
* Build the Business Development team from scratch by hiring, training, mentoring, and managing team members.
* Set KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics for the team.
* Foster a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.
* Continuously coach the team to improve conversion rates and client engagement.
Market Development
* Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities.
* Analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to develop effective growth strategies.
* Establish partnerships and expand the company’s market presence.
Digital Marketing Consultation
* Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, including:
* SEO
* Social Media Marketing
* Google Ads & Meta Ads
* Website Development
* Branding
* Performance Marketing
* Content Marketing
* Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements
Experience
* 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
* Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, IT Services Company, Branding Agency, or similar industry is highly preferred.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Leadership
* Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and mentoring business development or sales teams.
* Strong ability to create sales processes and drive business growth independently.
Skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth initiatives.
* Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales.
Preferred
* Knowledge of CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
* Experience handling domestic and/or international clients.
* Existing professional network and client relationships will be an added advantage.
