Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Conduct both classroom and hands-on training sessions on venipuncture techniques, capillary punctures, and proper patient identification.
- Quality Audits: Monitor and evaluate phlebotomists across different zones on sample collection processes, grooming standards, and patient handling.
- SOP Enforcement: Ensure all clinical staff strictly adhere to infection control, aseptic techniques, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
- Performance Feedback: Provide continuous coaching, identify knowledge gaps, and develop action plans for staff needing improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate training records, assessment trackers, and audit reports.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and HR teams to schedule training for new joiners and continuing education updates for veterans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or a recognized Phlebotomy certification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience, with at least 1–2 years in a training, supervisory, or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of blood collection devices, specimen handling, and electronic health records (EHR).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
