The main focus areas are :
- Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies. Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships. Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Ensuring maintenance of curriculum and administrative quality standards at the centres with regular teacher supervision and training along with rapport building with parents.
