Position: Store Supervisor:-
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure accurate inventory management within our manufacturing facility. The role requires strong control over material movement, proper documentation, and coordination with production and procurement teams to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day store activities ensuring smooth and systematic operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, consumables, and finished goods
- Handle material inward and outward processes including GRN, challans, and documentation
- Perform periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly store reports
- Ensure proper material issuing, receiving, labeling, and storage practices
- Implement and monitor FIFO/LIFO material handling methods as applicable
- Coordinate closely with Production and Purchase departments for material planning and availability
- Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages or excess inventory
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store area
- Prevent material loss, damage, or misplacement through effective control systems
- Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Sound knowledge of storekeeping and inventory control procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management software
- Strong documentation, record-keeping, and reconciliation abilities
- Capability to track stock movement and identify discrepancies
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and time-management abilities
- Eligibility Criteria:-
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any discipline)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing unit store department is mandatory
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined work approach
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations
- Familiarity with industrial store procedures, documentation, and material handling practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
