We are looking for a reliable, disciplined, and hardworking Office Boy to support our daily office operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, reception area, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, clients, and visitors.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and courier packages.
- Purchase office supplies, pantry items, and stationery as instructed.
- Ensure pantry items and office supplies are always stocked.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
- Run office-related errands to banks, courier offices, vendors, or government offices when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of office furniture and equipment.
- Report maintenance or housekeeping issues to the Administration department.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or Housekeeping Staff is preferred.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and well-disciplined.
- Physically fit and able to perform routine office duties.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Good attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
- Candidates with a valid two-wheeler driving licence will be preferred.
