Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Social Listening & ORM Analyst to monitor online conversations, analyze consumer sentiment, manage brand reputation, and generate actionable insights for clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in social listening tools, online reputation management, digital analytics, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze conversations across social media platforms, forums, review sites, Google, Reddit, and Quora.
- Track brand sentiment, identify emerging trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) activities and respond to brand reputation concerns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and category intelligence reporting.
- Create and manage Boolean queries for social listening projects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Support crisis detection, escalation, and reputation recovery initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver strategic recommendations.
- Measure campaign performance through sentiment analysis, share of voice, engagement trends, and discussion themes.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Social Listening, ORM, Digital Analytics, or Insights.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Brandwatch, Locobuzz, Pulsar, Quid Netbase, Konnect Insights, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of sentiment analysis, reputation management, and competitive intelligence.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing agencies will be a plus
