Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the overall operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, managing daily hotel operations, driving revenue growth, maintaining service standards, and leading departmental teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel performance, budgets, and financial targets.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate department heads and staff members.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue generation, and cost control measures.
- Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and business partners.
- Prepare operational reports and present them to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hotel operations, including managerial experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and hotel operations.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments.
