We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Java with Cloud - AWS to create robust, scalable web services using modern Java and cloud capabilities. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable, high-throughput web services in Java

Partner with front-end engineers to connect web services into web applications effectively

Create RESTful APIs that enable smooth client-to-server interactions
-
Apply best practices to keep web services robust, reliable, and secure
-
Tune services for speed and scale with caching, load balancing, and database optimization
-
Work with product managers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
-
Review code and share actionable feedback while ensuring coding standards are followed

Monitor industry updates and new technologies relevant to Java and web services
Requirements
-
Demonstrated 6-8 years of IT experience with a minimum of 6 years of strong proficiency in Java
-
Strong grasp of building web services, including RESTful APIs
-
Practical experience using Spring Boot to create and deploy web services
-
Proven ability to implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security and JWT
-
Experience with SQL queries and stored procedures, along with Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks
-
Comfortable use of Linux commands in daily development and troubleshooting
-
Clear understanding of web security principles and recommended best practices
-
Experience using Git and ADO for version control workflows
-
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Sprint board, PR, Jenkins, Docker & Kubernetes, etc.)

Ability to leverage Swing, AWT, JavaFX, and Java Desktop Applications

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability

Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills

English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above
Nice to have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Knowledge of Angular

Experience with microservices architecture

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

Background in Agile development methodologies, with certification in Java programming or related technologies
