Architectural Graphic Designer
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Architectural Graphic Designer to support our team in project documentation, research, presentations, and project management activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, conducting research, creating professional presentations, and maintaining project records while working closely with architects and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain project folders, files, drawings, photographs, and documentation systems.
- Conduct research on materials, products, regulations, design trends, and relevant case studies.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, project profiles, and marketing materials.
- Compile and manage information for ongoing and completed projects, including portfolios and project databases.
- Support project coordination by maintaining trackers, schedules, and project-related documentation.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in project coordination, documentation, research, administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project information simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a systematic approach to documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar presentation and graphic design software.
- Experience preparing portfolios, project sheets, award submissions, or marketing presentations.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic design software is an advantage.
