Job Purpose
The Doorman is the first point of contact for members and guests, responsible for providing a warm welcome, assisting with arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth access to the club, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, courtesy, and security.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest & Member Service
- Welcome members and guests with a courteous and professional greeting.
- Open and close vehicle and entrance doors for members and guests.
- Assist with luggage, parcels, and personal belongings when required.
- Escort members and guests to the reception or designated areas when necessary.
- Provide directions and basic information about club facilities and events.
Security & Access Control
- Monitor the main entrance and ensure only authorized members, guests, and visitors enter the premises.
- Verify guest access as per club policies.
- Report suspicious persons, unattended items, or security concerns immediately.
- Coordinate with the Security and Front Office teams during emergencies.
Traffic & Vehicle Management
- Assist in managing vehicle movement at the entrance.
- Coordinate with valet parking staff for smooth vehicle handling.
- Ensure the entrance and driveway remain clear and safe at all times.
Appearance & Etiquette
- Maintain impeccable grooming and wear the prescribed uniform at all times.
- Display a pleasant attitude, professional body language, and excellent etiquette.
- Provide prompt assistance while maintaining member privacy and confidentiality.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all club safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- Participate in emergency drills and training programs.
- Ensure the entrance area is clean, safe, and presentable.
Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate (10+2); a diploma in Hospitality is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Doorman, Bell Attendant, Concierge, Security Associate, or Guest Service Associate in a hotel, luxury club, or hospitality establishment.
Skills Required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Ability to remain courteous and calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality etiquette and security procedures.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist guests.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
