We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with strong expertise in 4D Planning and Synchro to support project planning, construction sequencing, and BIM coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in integrating BIM models with project schedules, creating 4D simulations, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for construction planning and execution. Create and maintain 4D construction simulations using Synchro.
Integrate project schedules with BIM models to visualize construction sequencing. Coordinate with architectural, structural, and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability.
Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks and other BIM tools. Support project teams with construction phasing, logistics planning, and progress tracking. Generate visual reports, simulations, and presentations for project stakeholders. Participate in coordination meetings and track model-related issues to closure.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and LOD specifications. Collaborate with project managers, planners, consultants, and site teams for effective project delivery.
Key Requirements
8–10 years of experience in BIM Coordination and Construction Planning.
Strong hands-on experience with Synchro 4D for construction sequencing and simulation. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Experience in integrating BIM models with project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project). Good understanding of construction methodologies, project workflows, and site coordination.
Experience in construction-stage BIM coordination and planning.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows.
Knowledge of digital construction, project controls, and progress monitoring. Experience working on large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or international projects.
Ability to prepare project dashboards, reports, and stakeholder presentations.
Pay: ₹50,192.34 - ₹70,657.18 per month
